Angela Marie Hurst

Angela Marie Hurst is an actress, singer, and choreographer who appears as a Swing in Tina The Musical. She was ten years old when she portrayed the role of Young Nala in The Lion King. 

 

Training:

Angela was only six when she joined dancing classes. She attended Jouavel School of Arts. She continued training in professional dance, specialising in contemporary and ballet at Lewisham College and the London Studio Centre, graduating with a Theatre Dance degree in 2012. Three years later, she pursued further dance training in Brazil at the Fundacao Cultural do Estado da Bahia.

Theatre:

In the past few years, she was part of West Side Story, and Motown: The Musical at the Shaftesbury Theatre.

Other Credits:

She was involved with the Union Dance Company, Far From the Norm Company, Just Us Dance Theatre, Ivan Blackstock, Soul Legends, and The Magic of Motown concert tours.
