Jack Harrison-Cooper

Jack Harrison-Cooper, born 14th December 1991 is a famous actor, best known for his work in Galavant and Murder in Mind. The London-born performer specialises in Musical Theatre apart from acting on screen, both in film and television. He has a strong dance background and is adept at Stage Combat, Stage Flying, Acrobatics, Jet-Skiing, Horse Riding, Roller Swimming and Ice Skating.

Additionally, he has experience in Presenting Theatre, Modelling, Commercials and Panto. His dancing skills include Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary and Ballet.

 

Training:

Jack went to the Laine Theatre Arts for training in acting and musical theatre.

Theatre:

He has quite a few theatre credits to his name including Gremio in Kiss Me, Kate at Theatre Du Chatelet, Paris & Luxembourg; Ensemble in The Prince of Egypt at the Dominion Theatre; Ensemble/Acro is Miss Saigon at the Prince Edward Theatre; Robinson Crusoe at the Qdos Glasgow SECC; Jack and the Bean Stalk at the Qdos Glasgow SECC, and Warner in Legally Blonde at the Leicester Curve and Korea.

Film:

Jack has also worked in films like Miss Saigon Live (Universal Studios Hollywood, 2016) and Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns (2018).

TV:

His television credits include Charlie Johnston in Murder in Mind (BBC1, 2002); The Olivier Awards (ITV, 2015); Dwarf in season 2 of Galavant (ABC Studios); Sky Interactive (Sky TV); Marian, Again (2005); Doctors (2008); Coronation Street (2008-09), and The Royal Variety Show (ITV, 2014).

Other credits:

He has various projects under his belt. Jack featured in Feelin’ In The Mood – The New Glenn Miller Musical (Workshop); the TV documentary of The Heat Is Back On: The Remaking Of Miss Saigon; the 25th Anniversary Live Cast Recording of Miss Saigon; 2th 25th Anniversary Gala (Radio 2), and as a dancer in the FA Cup Final at the Wembley Arena.
