Jordan Luke Gage

Born 8th April 1992, Jordan Luke Gage is an English professional actor who came to the limelight after his work in popular shows like Cilla (2014), How Not to Disappear Completely (2015) and Cucumber (2015). His career took a significant turn when, after playing Alternate Strat in Bat Out of Hell in the West End, he took over the lead role permanently.

 

Training:

Jordan went to Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts on the BBC performing arts scholarship for his BA training.

Theatre:

He is comparatively new to theatre, having worked in few shows like Taboo (Brixton Clubhouse) where he played Marilyn; Bat Out of Hell: The Musical (West End, 2018) where he was Hoffmann, alternate Strat. He is currently working on the role of Romeo in the new smash-hit musical, & Juliet.

While he trained at Mountview Academy, he played the role of Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady, Guy in Howard Goodall’s Girlfriends, and Doctor Parker in Bat Boy.

Film:

He worked in the famous Warner Bros movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, directed by David Yates, where he appears as a Hogwarts’ Gryffindor Schoolboy. Jordan is also seen in the role of David in the Stuart Parkins’ directed film How Not to Disappear Completely (Beyond Mirrors Productions).

TV:

Among his television credits are his roles as Luc in Channel 4’s Cucumber and Adrian Barber in ITV’s Cilla.

Music: One can hear him sing as a soloist in West End Men at Vaudeville Theatre, lead vocalist in WhatsOnStage Awards (Palace Theatre) and chorus in Songs of My Life (Garrick Theatre).
