Leanne Robinson
Born 23rd May 1990, Leanne Robinson is an English singer/songwriter. She is best known in the theatre scene for her role as Nabulungi in the hit musical The Book of Mormon. She gave out a fantastic performance as the lead female character in one of the biggest musicals of all time.
Originally a singer, she launched her debut single Last Time (Change Your Mind) on 17th August 2018. She was born in Hackney Stoke Stokenewington and raised in a Jamaican household. During her visits to the church, her interest in music developed.
Training:
She went to The BRIT School and achieved a Musical Theatre Diploma. She also studied music management at the university.
Theatre:
Leanne was in the US and Canada tour of The Book of Mormon in 2017. It was called the Jumanosi Tour, and she played the role of Nabulungi in it. Now, she is reprising the character in Sonia Friedman Productions’ The Book of Mormon in the West End.
TV:
She was in the 9th season of The X Factor UK. She also appeared in The Voice.

Leanne has released quite a few songs until now.
