Mark Goldthorp
Born in Aylesbury and moving to Yeovil, Somerset at the age of twelve, Mark Goldthorp went on to become a famous British actor. He has garnered quite a bit of experience in the past two decades. A regular West End performer, Mark is skilled at various elements like acting, singing and magic. He made his West End debut with Les Miserables in 2003, which opened at the Palace Theatre and later moved to Queen’s. In 2007, he took on the leading roles of Trekkie/Nicky in Avenue Q; Mark played the role for two years.

He trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating in 1997.

His credits include Les Miserables and The Woman In White at the Palace Theatre, the UK tour of Whistle Down The Wind, Me And My Girl and Beauty And The Beast, The Drowsy Chaperone at the Novello Theatre, I Love You Because at Landor Theatre, Avenue Q at Gielgud Theatre and Noël Coward Theatre, Into The Woods at Regent’s Park Theatre, Jekyll & Hyde at the Union Theatre, Matilda at Cambridge Theatre and Sunset Boulevard at the London Coliseum.

Mark has also worked in television, with credits in the Olivier Awards, the Royal Variety Performance, Classical Brit Awards, West End Theatre Special, Weakest Link, My Family, The Sarah Jane Adventures, I’m Karen Taylor, Touch Me, This Morning and Skins.
Film:
He has appeared in feature films like the Sound Of Music LIVE! and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.
Other Credits:
Master of various skills, Mark is the Head of Musical Theatre, Vice Principal and a member of the Magic Circle at ICMT. He was the illusions associate on Big: The Musical, and magic assistant and illusions on Harry Potter And The Cursed Child 2017/18.
