Richard Woodford
Richard Woodford grew up in South Cambridgeshire, in the tiny village of Balsham. Since his graduation, Richard’s career took him across the world. He has performed in South Korea, Germany, Bochum, Santorini, Buenos Aires and several other locations. After school and college, Woodford remained in his native place to receive training. His biggest achievement, he says, was performing in the 25th Anniversary production of Les Miserables.

He acquired professional training in Performing Arts at Bodywork Company Dance Studios.

His theatre credits include Gad/The Butler in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in its UK Tour with Phillip Schofield; Growltiger, Old Deuteronomy/Gus/Bustopher Jones, understudy Munkustrap and Victor in Cats at the New London Theatre; Lover/Harmonica Player, understudy Captain Walker in the UK Tour of The Who’s Tommy; Gus, understudy Tony Manero & Bobby C in Saturday Night Fever at the London Palladium; Marcos, understudy Agon in La Cava at the Piccadilly Theatre and Victoria Palace; Bobo, understudy Electra in Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria; Electra, Caboose, Greaseball, Papa, understudy Papa and alternate Rusty in Starlight Express in Bochum, Germany; understudy Javert, Grantaire/Factory Foreman in Les Miserables at the Queen’s Theatre; understudy Galileo and Khashoggi in We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre; understudy Phantom in the 25th Anniversary Tour of The Phantom of the Opera; Growlinger/Gus/Bustopher Jones in the Asian leg of the World Tour of Cats.
