Vivienne Ekwulugo
Vivienne Ekwulugo is a professional actress, singer and songwriter based in London. She is making her West End debut as the Lead Vocalist in Thriller Live! Vivienne trained independently in Acting and Musical Theatre at City Academy London. During her training, Vivienne appeared in the role of Ms Esther Sherman in Fame and Deloris Van Cartier/Sister Mary Clarence in Sister Act.
At the age of 17, she signed her first record contract, performing as a solo artist and in a band. In 2004, she was a finalist in the songwriting competition BBC Radio 2 Sold on Song, appearing in front of judges Graham Gouldman, Robin Gibb and Beverly Knight. Later, she wrote two full-length studio albums. They were followed by a third entitled Cover Girl, which she wrote with Richard Allain, one of the UK's best choral composers.
