Yonly Leva Desdunes

An Italian actor, Yonly Leva Desdunes, is currently performing as an Ensemble in On Your Feet. In the Original West End Production of the show, he was the first cast. He continues with the UK tour company.

 

Awards:

At the Lukas Awards, Yonly received the best Latin dance Performer of The Year nomination from the European Latin Entertainment Awards in 2019.

Training:

He attended the Centro studios Danza Classica in Italy for his education. He also graduated as a cinematographer.

Theatre:

His credits include working as a Contemporary Dancer in Show Chi’isi at The Yard Theatre, Choreographer and Dancer for Steve Lachance Company, Ballet Dancer at the Roma Olympic Theatre, Show Afro Contemporary at Her Majesty’s Theatre, and On Your Feet at the Curve Leicester, London Coliseum and National Tour.

Other Credits:

He was part of the Roma Festival as a Choreographer/Latino International Salsa and Dancer in Danza Si Academy competition. In 2019, Yonly prepared the choreography for the music video Red Flower by Gringoh. He also played the starring role.
