What is The War of the Worlds about?
Inspired by H.G. We remain just as susceptible …
As we approach the 2024 US election and fake news continues to dominate the headlines The War of the Worlds is back in a new production in partnership with the National Youth Theatre REP Company, featuring 18 of Britain's most exciting young performers from around the UK. The National Youth Theatre return to Wilton’s Music Hall following previous successful collaborations on Zigger Zagger and Silence.

Great show, nice people also in the bar.
Innovative and well-performed production in a unique environment.
It was an excellent show, just what I expected, even after hearing some not so good reviews.
The orchestra was impressive but I found the show disappointing compared to how I remembered it. it was rather slow and seemed very repetitive. After about 15 minutes my teenage daughter and i were both bored.
Fantastic show. Amazing music, effects and cast.
Orchestra - brilliant. Staging, with all the films going on in the background, a bit overwhelming and not as good as some shows we've seen, hence the four star rating. Slightly disappointed overall.
The show was brilliant the live music excellent and for me and my kids it was a walk down memory lane -
What an amazing show although very different to what I usually see.My friends & I enjoyed it very much especially the incredible orchestra which played non stop throughout.
We absolutely loved the show. Music was brilliant. The actors were amazing! The dancers were great and we had really good seats in the front row of the Circle. Jeff Wayne on stage conducting the orchestra was fantastic too! Shame it finishes tomorrow but if it ever makes a comeback, definitely one to go & see!
Despite the high profile names in the cast, none were particularly strong. Staging also disappointing.
Too long ,the second half being better ,The music was excellent but some of th scenes went on and on monotonously !too many bodies repeating the same rolling actions and too much up and down of poor old Liam a one of experience!! Won't be forgotten certainly
Visually stunning show and worth the visit.
