Hay’s love for live performance began with her one-woman Spice Girls' concert aged seven (the audience of Beanie Babies and Sylvanian Families went wild)!
When not watching or writing about theatre she's swimming, hiking, running, or training for triathlons in the Stroud valleys.
A big fan of travel, stand-up comedy, and anything in miniature, the highlight of Hay's acting career thus far has been a panto cow (front end).
