Two hopeful hapless romantics get drunk, get it on and then get the hell away from each other.

In her eyes he’s a mistake. A mistake who keeps turning up at parties.

In his eyes, she’s perfect. He’s short-sighted.

A ‘randomly hilarious’, (The Times) romantic catastrophe of good intentions, Fringe First Award winning show Dirty Great Love Story makes its highly anticipated West End debut.

well acted considering just two performers. But not worth ticket price. one dimensional characters, wasn't as funny as hoped. Needed more depth for me.

Catherine Barrett

Chantal Hamilton

What a fun play to watch! The actors were great and it was a funny, all-too-relatable story. I'd recommend seeing this!

Raphael Dowokpor-James

Brilliant! Had a great evening!

Norman Gold

Acting was surperb. Thought play had some weak moments but a very enjoyable evening. Especially NO interval!!

ANDY

So glad we went to see this. The two performers were excellent, effortlessly switching to play other characters in the story as well as the main characters. So clever that just two actors on a stage containing nothing but two stools can tell the touching "will they won't they" story of Rich and Katy, but that's the magic of theatre.

Not great . Expected better

Paul Scudamore

Wasn't sure what to expect but, boy, did it deliver! A tour de force by the actors.

Paulina Kusarek

It was very funny from the beginning to the end. The actors were great ad I did enjoy. The only one thing I didn't like, do they really have to use foul language... :(

Tony Newell

The actors were brilliant, the script was superb & the show was fantastic & funny. Definitely go & see this show!

Wendy Gaynair

Astonishing, not a hesitant syllable, or missed cue, in the entire 70 minute show. It was mind-blowing in its ingenuity, wit and poetic prose. Felix Scott & Ayesha Antoine are a magnificent duo, doing justice to the hugely talented Richard Marsh and Katie Bonna's. I pray there'll be a DGLS 2!

Dirty Great Love Story in (Exactly) 250 Words

Dirty Great Love Story is a great play, that doesn't quite fit the West End. Currently playing at the quaint Arts Theatre, the show is a love story, told by two actors (Felix Scott and Ayesha Antoine) through what is essentially staged poetry.

REVIEW: Dirty Great Love Story; a good, quality and enjoyable evening at the theatre

Hidden away in the West End, nestled between Covent Garden and Leicester Square lies the Arts Theatre
The current show Dirty Great Love Story is a revival and reworking of the show that was first presented at the Edinburgh Festival back in 2012. Running for 90 minutes, the show features two actors and takes you on a story from a drunken stag/hen do encounter and the messy morning after, through the friend zone and to reconciliation.

REVIEW: Dirty Great Love Story

Dirty Great Love Story has been in the works since 2012, the metaphorical child of comedic poets Richard Marsh and Katie Bonna. Performed by the writers in Soho and New York amongst other fringe events, Dirty Great Love Story makes its full West End debut, presented as the story of how they met. It’s fair to say that some events have been changed for dramatic effect.
