World Premiere The Man in the White Suit tickets on sale now!

The Man in the White Suit is coming to London's West End! Following a 3-week run at the Theatre Royal Bath, stars Stephen Mangan, Sue Johnston and Kara Tointon will head to Wyndham's Theatre to appear in the world premiere of Ealing’s classic comedy, The Man in the White Suit. Adapted and directed by Sean Foley and fresh from the success of The Ladykillers, The Man in the White Suit tickets for the West End run are expected to be in high demand, which is why you should book your tickets to this comic fable early to avoid disappointment.

The Man in the White Suit synopsis

Sidney Stratton (Stephen Mangan) invents a fabric that can’t get dirty and will never wear out. Instead of being lauded for this creation, manufacturers and trade unions are terrified by the threat it poses to their industry and to their jobs. These groups, which are usually at odds with each other, come together to protect their best interests. Only Daphne (Kara Tointon), the mill owner’s daughter, seems to support Sidney as he finds himself on the run from the bigwig bosses whilst workers chase “the man in the white suit.” This fast-moving comedy reunites dream duo Stephen Mangan and Sean Foley after their Olivier award-winning production, Jeeves and Wooster.

Charming production !

Helen Bradin

With such a good cast it was a very disappointing production. Farce can be brilliant such as in Present Laughter which we have recently seen, however, this was poor and as one of us thought almost amateur dramatics. Very disappointed

Mrs. Campbell

The Man in the White Suit to close earlier than expected

The producers of West End musical The Man in the White Suit regretfully announce that the show will end its run at Wyndham's Theatre sooner than expected. The reason for the production's early closure is poor ticket sales, which ultimately led to the producers' making the difficult decision to give it the boot.
