Ruby Wax tickets on sale now at the Arts Theatre, London

Ruby Wax is back! Ruby Wax brings her new one-woman show to the West End Arts Theatre following a sell-out tour.

Ruby Wax: Sane New World will help us understand why we sabotage our own sanity and provides a manual on how to survive the 21st century.

Ruby Wax gives a tour of the brain and how to tame it: “We know so much about how the world works - but so little about our how our own minds work. It's like having a Ferrari on top of your head but no one gave you the keys.”

The show is based on her Sunday Times No. 1 bestselling book Sane New World: Taming the Mind, which has enjoyed worldwide success since publication in 2013.

“Wax has an extraordinary mind... A Ruby beyond price.” - Stephen Fry

Great show. Very entertaining. Worth the money.

Very honest, open and informative show. I had no idea Ruby had gone to Oxford for her masters. A humerous and intelligent description of how the Brain works and how we think ourselves into stress/bad lifestyles. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and nearly all the audience had experience of some/all of the points she was making and how to deal with them. It was a brave show to stand up and talk about mental /psychological health issues and I appreciate the courage it took to do that. The show is just over 1 hour for the first half when Ruby goes through the descriptions and examples of screwing ourselves up and the issues we make for ourselves by overthinking/stressing our lives. Then after an interval ther3 was a lively 25 minute QandA between her and the audience, that could have gone on for another hour, but time was up. Overall a well thought out, intelligent, thoughtful and dare I say it, instructive show. Thank You Ruby. Not everyone was able to speak on the microphones to you, But everyone was better for seeing you and being in the audience to experience the show. Only good will come of this.

Excellent...... Ruby is on fire for a simply great cause!

Paul Sharp

Honest, funny and informative review of basic neuroscience and the mental problems of the modern age. There's also an effective brief group therapy session with the audience.
