Olivier award nominated Alice’s Adventures Underground in the Vaults by critically-acclaimed Les Enfant Terribles returning!
The perfect remedy for grown-ups who have forgotten what it is to play’ — The Observer
Tumble down the rabbit hole falling fast into Wonderland, wandering through this ‘topsy-turvy world, wide-eyed’ (The Times) with ‘visual and tactile treats embedded everywhere!’ (The Evening Standard). Make a series of choices; Eat or drink? Grow or shrink? Take tea at the biggest un-birthday party with the maddest of Hatters; let the Cheshire Cat take you hither or thither or join the underground movement to rise against the fearsome Queen of Hearts.
Revel in the ‘Wonderland of your imagination recreated before your eyes’ (The Guardian) finding yourself at the centre of the story piecing together the puzzle searching for Alice who has been lost in looking glass.
If you are already a Wonderlander, be prepared for new surprises and if you’re yet to be greeted by the White Rabbit, come and experience ‘real magic and wonder’ (The Stage).
Don’t be late! Logic will fail you. Nonsense will overwhelm you!
Please note: There are strictly no late admissions. We advise you arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time.

This show was a once in a lifetime experience. All of the cast were incredible, and it really felt like an alternate, arthouse version of Alice in Wonderland was whirling around us. I've recommended the show to everyone I know in the area so that they get in quick.
Not sure about the show, but its cancellation left me and my birthday party high and very wet (on account of weather) for no given reason and what was meant to be a happy occasion completely ruined without explanation and only marginal apologies. Please take note and act.
superb, an evening to remember
A wonderful, interactive experience; attention to detail, keeping you in suspense from start to finish. A bit pricey and can get too noisy depending on the people you are with.
Tickets were easy to buy but suggest you leave plenty of time to find The Vaults as it is a difficult venue to find you know you need to go through the Graffiti tunnel when you get there but it is not signposted at all and you get no clues as to where it is. For ease you need to go out and turn left after the Iceland which is on your left. Alice is a great adventure but I think that my daughters who also went on two separate occasions had a better experience of it than I did. They seemed to go into a lot of different other rooms than myself. It depends on whether you take the eat me or drink me experience and also what card your hand is dealt with. We were split up by the pack of cards that were dealt out. The actors are all very good. I like audience participation. The vodka rhubarb cocktail was very nice - I had two!!
An excellent day out. Constantly entertaining.
Alice's Adventures Underground was wicked experience and cant to wait to go again, but chose to "drink me". Never been on play like this and im soooooo happy i went there! Absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend it!

REVIEW: Alice's Adventures Underground at The Vaults
The Vaults is a unique performance venue, located in disused railway tunnels below Waterloo Station. With almost 30,000 sq ft of space, the scope and scale of productions it can house is immense. Les Enfant Terribles are presenting their reworked adaptation of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – an immersive adventure full of surprises and splendour. The script for this year’s production of Alice's Adventures Underground is 60 pages longer than the 2015 Olivier nominated show, giving audiences even more of an experience.

Opening & Closing in London's West End in May 2017
I may have said spring has sprung last month, that was a lie. May is all about the lambs, the daffodils and, to be honest, the start of the summer theatre season. It is a busy month so I will narrow the best of May’s offerings.
