Excellent show! Very entertaining and thought provoking. Wish we got closer tickets. Circle section 5 was just too far to see everything.
It was great there was a monkey and a bunny and a chicken and the chicken looked at me
I'm a huge fan of Penn and Teller and bought the ticket without hesitation. But their show was not what I expected. It was basically three rope tricks and one needle swallowing one, all of which I have seen performed by much less famous magicians. There was good humour and reflections on the art and craft of magic, which I enjoyed - but not enough magic at all. In summary, glad I saw such famous performers live, but not worth the money I paid.
Although it was a good evening, I was expecting alot more action and dramatic magic. The magic was unfortunately nothing that hasn't been seen before and was the kind of magic that penn and teller were doing at the beginning of the start of their fame. The audience getting a chance to do magic with the card tricks was good. I also found there was alot of narrative and felt the first half was too long, a break was needed earlier. Sitting towards the back, the screen was sometimes hard to see what was going on too.Not sure if I would go again but it was a good way to experience their magic upfront.
Disappointing show. Seen them before in Vegas and thought they were amazing. Tonight’s show was nothing like that and could have easily left at the interval but hopes they would improve. Sadly got worse. Hardly any magic and nothing new or exciting f.
Great Show and great venue
Got these tickets as a birthday surprise for my partner and indeed he was surprised. It was an amazing show. Although seated upstairs in the back, we sometimes couldn’t see over people’s heads even to see the screen, we got the best value for the price we paid. Still amazed we even got to go at all. It’s going to be a night we always remember.
