Stephen Fry Mythos a Trilogy: Gods London Palladium tickets on sale now!

Having received its world premiere at the Shaw Festival Theatre in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario in 2018, beloved comedian, actor, and writer Stephen Fry brings his acclaimed Mythos trilogy across the pond this September for its highly anticipated West End premiere. Regarded as one of the best storytellers on the planet, Fry takes to the stage once more to tell one of the greatest tales of all time.

Stephen Fry's Mythos is divided into three separate hilarious plays (GodsHeroes, and Men), which tell the gripping stories of the men of Greek myth that continue to resonate with audiences to this day. Fry will have you laughing yourself silly while also blowing your mind and occasionally getting personal. This is a one-of-a-kind theatrical event with the icon you don't want to miss! As a strictly-limited one-off event, tickets for Stephen Fry's Mythos trilogy are expected to sell out faster than Medusa will have you turn into stone. For all you theatre completionists out there, book your Mythos tickets in advance and perhaps you can see all three parts!

What is Stephen Fry Mythos a Trilogy: Gods about?

Fry's Mythos trilogy features themes of love and war, indulgence, and retaliation. Focusing on the famed deities of Greek mythology, Gods will take you on an unforgettable journey as you witness the chaotic events of the Greek pantheon's creation.

Who is Stephen Fry?

Stephen Fry is a London-born comedian perhaps best known for frequently performing in a double act alongside Hugh Laurie in the sketch comedy series A Bit of Fry & Laurie and the comedy-drama series, Jeeves and Wooster. He is also a triple threat, as he both performs as an actor and writes professionally. Among his written works include the English translation of the original German libretto for the 2006 English-language film adaptation of Mozart's famed opera The Magic Flute and the 1984 musical Me and My Girl adapted from Lupino Lane's script. Books he has written include Paperweight, Making History, The Stars' Tennis Balls, and both Mythos: A Retelling of the Myths of Ancient Greece and Heroes: Mortals and Monsters, Quests, and Adventures, of which this Mythos trilogy is based on.

The most notable acting credits of Stephen Fry's include the roles of Hutchison in A Fish Called Wanda, Oscar Wilde in Wilde (for which he received a Golden Globe nomination), The Judge in The Wind in the Willows, Judge in Spice World, Inspector Thompson in Gosford Park, Sir Anthony Silk in Thunderpants, Narrator/The Guide in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Deitrich in V For Vendetta, The Cheshire Cat in 2010's Alice in Wonderland and its 2016 sequel Alice Through the Looking Glass, Master of Lake-town in the Hobbit film trilogy, and the voice for the UK audiobooks of the Harry Potter series (1999-2007).
