Derren Brown returns to London’s West End with a brand new live show, DERREN BROWN : UNDERGROUND at the Playhouse Theatre. The acknowledged master of psychological illusion will once again mesmerise, shock and entertain the nation. Derren says: "I enjoy the stage shows more than anything else. Live on stage is the best place for what I do: it's unpredictable, and the audience knows there is no possibility of judicious editing”.

On stage as well as on television Derren Brown is in a class of his own, exhilarating audiences with his unique brand of entertainment. For the past twelve years he has created television and stage performances that have stunned audiences, debunked the paranormal, won copious awards and encouraged many to improve and enhance their own mental abilities. His first show appeared in 2000, Derren Brown: Mind Control, and was followed with Trick of the Mind, Trick or Treat and a series of Specials including the controversial Russian Roulette, the hugely popular Events, Hero at 30,000 Feet and the more recent Derren Brown: The Experiments, which won the 2012 BAFTA award for Best Entertainment Show.

Derren Brown: Underground hits the West End for a strictly limited 35 performances only! The multi-award winning master of mind-control and psychological illusion, Derren Brown, returns to London following his sell-out run earlier this year. Bringing together a collection of the very best of his previous stage work, Derren Brown: Underground promises a spell-binding experience of magical genius and epic showmanship.

Amazing show, spent the rest of the night wondering how it does it!

Gary Malone

Entertaining, although felt that some of the content was overly complicated in the 2nd part of show

Excellent experience great performer

Derren Brown is a master at his style of 'mentalism' and a great live comedic act to boot. However, this was a rehash of past shows so no great surprises if you have seen his past shows before. A great evenings entertainment though.

First of all, the staff of the theatre was extremely helpful and flexible. Thank you. Derren Brown - He was as always...Brilliant! :)

Amazing show. Kept us on the edge of our seats. A great performance. Would happily come again.

What a fantastic show. Derren performed an amazing show - we left amazed and astounded! He truly is a fantastic showman. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Raphael Deserces

A great show led by charismatic Derren! I had a really good time trying to decipher his tricks of the mind! Some better than others but overall a very positive experience!

Having seen Enigma on TV we were so excited to get tickets to this show. while it was good it seemed way too familiar with many of the same tricks from Enigma (almost identical ending). The time he spent doing audience questions was the only bit that felt really jaw-dropping to me so I was quite disappointed. I had been expecting NEW! and got old. Amazing old but old nonetheless.

Funny, inclusive, varied, showman-like, clever. Drinks were heavily overpriced though which spoiled the interval.

Lovely theatre, mind boggling show. Just how does he do it?, we kept saying after the show! We were sworn to secretsey, so cant say a word! Great afternoon of entertainment and loved the audience participation.

Last minute booking and weren't disappointed. A small old theatre which was perfect for this type of intimate show. It was a mix of a few things we had seen on TV before, but it's not the same as being there live. Very good. Very good indeed!
